Smoothest Japanese Hip-Hop I’ve Ever Heard

These are sooooo good I had to post it here on my blog. That’s how good these are. The producer and rapper just kills it. These are quintessential Japanese Hip-Hop.

Songs I Grew Up To

There’s this blog that I follow over at tumblr, and she’s made a “playlist of songs that give me the “Hey Arnold” vibe.” I’ve been listening to her mix everyday, and I really do love it! So, in return for her amazing mix, I made a playlist of my favourite songs that I listened to when I was younger. There are a ton of 80s pop, only because my mother loved blasting it throughout the house hahaha! I’ll be updating the playlist every week, and I’ll be posting it at the end of every post I make. Just in case you forget where it is. ;)

Happy listening!

Here’s the awesome blogger I was telling you about. Oh! Are there any tracks that I missed out? Continue reading “Songs I Grew Up To”

I “Know” How American Idol Makes “Dirty” Money

We all watch American Idol, yes? Well who on earth doesn’t? You’d be living under a rock if you didn’t (which I find totally doable by the way). So we all know of last weeks elimination on AI, and I have to say I am devastated. Watch this video first, then we can move on:

Now how on earth did she get eliminated? What the heck just happened? I can tell you. It’s called show BUSINESS. The “MAN” of AI controls whatever will happen in AI. They  say your vote counts but in reality it doesn’t. They just need your vote because it’s the only way to produce such a huge amount of money. But there’s a funny thing about handling a large amount of money.. it gets to you. The “MAN” wants more money, so what does he do? Continue reading “I “Know” How American Idol Makes “Dirty” Money”

Greyson Chance is an amazing artist/How he reminded me of the 12-year-old me

Honestly, he beats JB by a looooooooooong shot. He’s made 3 original songs posted in YouTube I think, but none of them were recorded properly so the sound sucks. This song however, isn’t. It’s Waiting Outside the Lines acoustic ver., which I found better than the album ver. The lyrics are fantastic and whenever I listen to it and read the lyrics, it feels like the 12-year-old me is talking to me (through the lyrics) ‘Cause when I was 12, I was very unique yet extremely smart. I didn’t care much about what people said to me then ’cause I knew I was unstoppable. But then again I was only 12 and those stupid fucking Filipino bastards broke me and my ideals and turned me into a depressed, confused, broken-spirited boy who now…. just wants to fit in.

The lyrics here basically explained who and what I was when I was 12 (and younger) and is reminding me that that “thing” is still inside of me, waiting, just waiting.

Greyson Chance – Waiting Outside the Lines Lyrics

You’ll never enjoy your life,
living inside the box
You’re so afraid of taking chances,
how you gonna reach the top?

Rules and regulations,
force you to play it safe
Get rid of all the hesitation,
it’s time for you to seize the day

Instead of just sitting around
and looking down on tomorrow
You gotta let your feet off the ground,
the time is now

I’m waiting, waiting, just waiting,
I’m waiting, waiting outside the lines
Waiting outside the lines
Waiting outside the lines

Try to have no regrets
even if it’s just tonight
How you gonna walk ahead
if you keep living blind

Stuck in my same position,
you deserve so much more
There’s a whole world around us,
just waiting to be explored

Instead of just sitting around
and looking down on tomorrow
You gotta let your feet off the ground,
the time is now, just let it go

The world will force you to smile
I’m here to help you notice the rainbow
Cause I know,
What’s in you is out there

I’m waiting, waiting, just waiting,
I’m waiting, waiting outside the lines
Waiting outside the lines
Waiting outside the lines

I’m trying to be patient (I’m trying to be patient)
the first step is the hardest (the hardest)
I know you can make it,
go ahead and take it

I’m Waiting, waiting, just waiting I’m waiting
I’m waiting, waiting, just waiting
I’m waiting, waiting outside the lines
Waiting outside the lines
Waiting outside the lines

I close my ears and listen

Listening to Kyo and his music and lyrics makes me wish I was a girl, then I can orgasm all I want =)))))

“Drawing the vague meeting that he had been watching

Why is he trembling?

From the feeling that rises up, the boy

Shoots arrows of sound in the changing sky

Why is the regret still running?

Somewhere far away the voice of a promise

It cannot be heard it anymore.

Still guessing shapes, it disappears

Even now, his heart is taken away and the scars from the chain burned on

The voice that I had hated Here, alone

Why is the regret still running?

Somewhere far away the voice of a promise

It cannot be heard it anymore.

This is my pledge to you

I still can’t live well.

What I can change is only–

Even if tomorrow forces me to live

My days will not change

I can’t say it anymore

If you are going to rip up

The voice and the dreams that I build up, then answer me

No one will be forgiven

But it can’t be said. It can’t be said. It can’t be said.”
